Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the ScanSing app on iPhone, iPad and Mac. ScanSing is made by [developer name].
What we collect
Nothing. ScanSing has no account and does not send your scores, photos, recordings or usage data to us or to anyone else. Its App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".
What stays on your device
- Photos and PDFs you scan, and the music recognised from them
- Your library, chosen parts, tempo and practice progress
- A monthly scan counter for the free plan
These are kept in the app's storage on your device and in your own device backups, if you use them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple. We receive no payment details. Apple's privacy policy covers that data.
Crash reports
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may pass us anonymous crash reports. They contain no personal data.
Children
ScanSing collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
